At the core of my fitness practice it has always been to look good, feel good, and maintain it into a healthy lifestyle. My approach has always been no excuses within reason. This means the acceptance that life happens, but to be prepared for life's happenings and to work around whatever life throws at you. This means building plans that are flexible to work around busy lifestyles. I've always told my clients to just ensure they are performing at a 90/10 ratio and you will get where you want to be, this means 9/10 workouts, 90% good food, 9/10 effort. Through consistency with a 9/10 mindset I will achieve your body and health goals. I believe heavily in the basic fundamental exercises that have worked for countless bodybuilders, fitness professionals, athletes, actors and celebrities for decades. I teach how to perform properly, safely and effectively to ensure the most from your workouts, while staying injury free to stay fit for life.

IIFYM
IIFYM. That's not a word, dude. Ok, it stands for "If it fits your macros" and this encapsulates my entire philosophy on food and fueling your body. So what does that mean? What is a macro? Well its a simple way of making sure your body is getting the right fuel for your goals (Gain/Build, Lose, Maintain) while being able to enjoy all the food you love! As long as the numbers work, the calories, protein, fat and carbs, then you're good! Eat what you want! I believe this mindset is the key to longevity in keeping a healthy weight for your entire life. No restrictive diets, no more I can't have this, or have that. With proper planning and knowledge, you can eat almost whatever you want whenever you want to! Food is half the battle, I can only train your body properly but the other half is on you and if it's on you and you fail, I fail. I will teach you how to never let that happen. In my sessions we not only workout, we learn.
